Condé Nast is seeking a Business Analyst Junior Intern for its Commercial department. The intern will support the advertising coordinator and the team daily by analyzing turnover, preparing client meetings, conducting competitive intelligence, compiling editorial citations, performing competitive analyses, managing advertiser and agency contacts, setting up complimentary subscriptions, and assisting with advertising mailings. The role requires proficiency in French and English, a business school background, and strong organizational and analytical skills.

Job Description

We are looking for a Commercial Assistant intern to join the Commercial department:

In conjunction with the advertising coordinator, you will analyze turnover and assist the entire department daily with the following main tasks:

  • Preparation of client meetings for the sales team
  • Analysis of the advertiser portfolio of Condé Nast brands
  • Competitive intelligence
  • Compilation of editorial citations
  • Implementation of competitive analyses on a sector and/or an advertiser
  • Management of advertiser and agency contact lists
  • Setting up complimentary subscriptions
  • Assistance with sending advertising mailings
