Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive AI adoption, delivery, and value realization across business functions. This role involves translating complex AI concepts into business outcomes, defining AI use cases, prioritizing roadmaps, and ensuring responsible, scalable, and compliant AI implementation. Key responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, leading change management, defining KPIs, and managing AI programs and projects.

Must Have

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to define and drive AI initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Translate complex AI and GenAI concepts into clear, business-friendly language for leadership and end users.
• Define AI use cases, prioritize roadmaps, and align initiatives with measurable business value.
• Lead change management, user adoption, training, enablement sessions, and workshops for AI solutions.
• Define KPIs, measure ROI, and track performance of AI solutions post-implementation.
• Manage AI programs and projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and issue escalation.

• Strong experience in stakeholder management, business communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML and GenAI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms, and model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of data engineering fundamentals, data pipelines, and analytics workflows.
• Understanding of solution architecture, APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and program management capabilities.
