Job Description

1. Responsible for the docking, management, and relationship maintenance of cooperative actor resources for game projects, ensuring project quality and progress.

2. Formulate and execute cooperation plans based on project needs, such as schedule management, contract signing, and process follow-up.

3. Responsible for business negotiations, effectively controlling costs, and handling business matters during the cooperation process.

4. Prevent and flexibly and appropriately handle emergencies, such as schedule conflicts and on-site coordination.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 2+ years of experience in the gaming or pan-entertainment industry; familiarity with actor/artist/artist coordination is a plus.

2. Possess resources related to motion capture, voice acting, and film and television animation, capable of efficiently mobilizing external resources.

3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, good at establishing good cooperative relationships, strong stress resistance, and multi-tasking ability.

4. Passion for gaming or pan-entertainment industry is a plus.
