Job Description

1. IT Project Full Lifecycle Management:

• Lead the planning, initiation, and delivery of company-level IT infrastructure, enterprise application systems, and information security projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and resources to ensure project goals are met.
• Establish and optimize IT project management systems, processes, and tools to enhance overall project management maturity.

2. Self-Developed System Project Driving:

• Deeply participate in or lead self-developed business system projects, acting as a core bridge between business and technical teams.
• Accurately analyze and translate requirements from business departments (various functional departments, R&D departments, etc.) to ensure system development aligns with actual business scenarios and improves organizational efficiency.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

• Efficiently collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including various IT internal teams and business departments, to ensure information transparency and consistency.
• Responsible for project-related document writing, meeting organization, progress reporting, and post-mortem summaries.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related majors.

2. 3+ years of IT project management experience; experience in the internet or gaming industry is preferred.

3. Successful experience managing enterprise-level IT system implementations (e.g., Oracle, Fanwei, Kingdee, Feishu integration) and complex infrastructure projects.

4. Familiar with Agile/Waterfall management processes for self-developed software projects, and understand common development frameworks and technical concepts.

5. Experience with the full process of IT overall construction projects for new parks/office buildings is preferred.

6. Proficient in project management tools (TAPD/Jira/Feishu Project, etc.), PMP certificate or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
