Job Description

2. Responsible for the overall planning and scheduling of game activities, organizing activity proposals and resource requirements, and being responsible for the effectiveness and quality of activity promotion.

3. Coordinate daily operational work and resources, and continuously optimize operational activities based on player needs and feedback on player experience.

4. Responsible for the construction of operational backend activity functions, and for writing and configuring activities, gift packs, announcements, and emails.

5. Responsible for monitoring operational data, analyzing data related to operational activities, and adjusting activity strategies as needed.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of experience in game activity operations, preferably having led online game active/commercial activities; senior user of "Infinity Nikki" preferred.

2. Game planning work experience preferred, with some research experience in design methods and experience of numerical design and resource allocation planning modules for mainstream products.

3. Data sensitive, strong logical thinking ability, and strong analytical and summarization skills.

4. Passion for games, deep understanding and experience with console, open-world, and content-rich game products, and ability to accurately grasp user needs.

5. Broad creative thinking, excellent copywriting skills, and excellent aesthetic ability.
