Business Operations Specialist (Title Runner)

EchoPark Automotive is seeking a Business Operations Specialist (Title Runner) for its Houston, Texas market. This role is crucial for the Tag, Title, and Registration process within the Business Office operations team. Responsibilities include running between North and Southwest store locations, picking up plate inventory from the tax office, processing deals at the tax office, assisting with duplicate titles from the DMV, making bank runs, picking up mail, and filing in the accounting office. The specialist will also call guests for license plate and registration pickups. The ideal candidate will have a valid Driver's License and be able to work outdoors in various conditions.

Must Have

• Running between the North and Southwest store locations
• Pick up plate inventory from the tax office
• Wait on deals that need to be walked across the counter for processing at the tax office
• Assist with getting duplicate titles from the DMV
• Make bank runs as needed, pick up mail from the post office
• Assist with filing in the accounting office
• Calling guests for the pickup of their license plates and registrations
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to work outside in all climates and conditions

• Automotive retail or DMV background (CDK experience preferred)
