Job Summary
Responsible for text translation and proofreading within and outside the game, ensuring accuracy, authenticity, and no cultural risks. Responsible for overseas promotional text translation and proofreading, ensuring accuracy, authenticity, and engaging nature. Assist with LQA and voiceover localization to ensure final quality. Continuously monitor player feedback, possess global risk awareness, and flexibly adjust localization strategies based on the Japanese market. Maintain localization-related language assets and participate in global localization creative design, completing core localization tasks within the team.
Must Have
- Proficient in Japanese language (N1 or above), Bachelor's degree or higher
- Love games, understand Japanese game market user preferences and cultural taboos, possess high cultural sensitivity
- Proficient in basic office software and CAT tools (Excel, MemoQ, Xbench), capable of independent information retrieval
Good to Have
- Japanese major or 2+ years of study experience in Japan
- 3+ years of game localization work experience
- Familiar with Nikki IP, rich experience in female-oriented or RPG, open-world games
- Excellent communication and summarization skills, strong stress resistance and time management awareness

2. Responsible for undertaking text translation and proofreading work for overseas promotion and distribution, ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, and engaging nature of external promotional texts.
3. Assist with LQA (Language Quality Assurance) and voiceover-related localization tasks, ensuring the final presentation quality of localization.
4. Continuously monitor feedback from players in various regions, possess global risk awareness, and flexibly adjust localization strategies based on the needs of the Japanese market.
5. Maintain localization-related language assets and participate in global localization creative design, completing core localization-related tasks within the team.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in Japanese language (N1 level or above), Bachelor's degree or higher; Japanese major or 2+ years of study experience in Japan preferred.
2. Love games, understand the preferences and cultural taboos of Japanese game market users, possess high cultural sensitivity; 3+ years of game localization work experience preferred.
3. Familiar with Nikki IP, rich experience in female-oriented or RPG, open-world games preferred.
