Job Summary
ChillBase studio is an independent and innovative player in the gaming industry, passionate about crafting outstanding products. We are looking for a LiveOps Product Owner to lead and develop a team of LiveOps managers, own monetization operations, and drive product ownership of LiveOps tools development. The role involves discovery work, forming hypotheses, monthly reporting on tests and results, and building the roadmap for the direction. Active engagement with our main project, One State, is also expected.
Must Have
- Independent ownership of operational product management
- Strong analytical expertise, including work with monetization metrics, forecasting the impact of product changes, and a data insight driven approach when selecting hypotheses
- Experience managing a team of any size
- Ability to organize team workflows effectively, gather insights and hypotheses from different sources, and prioritize them based on impact and implementation cost
- Ownership of monetization operations
- Leading and developing a team of LiveOps managers
- Product ownership of LiveOps tools development
- Discovery work within the direction, forming a pool of hypotheses and LiveOps improvements
- Monthly reporting: completed tests, results, conclusions, insights, and new hypotheses
- Building and delivering the roadmap for the direction
- Actively playing OneState and developing a deep understanding of the product

Our main project, One State, is showing outstanding monetization results while being currently in a soft launch. We have built a long-term growing economy without constant wipes. The main agents in our economy are the players themselves. That requires us to adhere to advanced balance approaches.
