Job Summary

Reporting to the Live Associate Producer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of Live operations and maintaining a high level of service quality for players, taking into account community expectations. Your main missions include managing the In-Game News calendar, tracking Live bugs, planning game maintenance, communicating with internal Ubisoft teams, organizing early access test phases with players, monitoring KPIs, and handling operational project management tasks.

Must Have

  • Manage the In-Game News calendar and its integration into the game
  • Monitor Live bugs in collaboration with LiveQA teams
  • Plan and organize game maintenance
  • Ensure liaison and communication with various internal Ubisoft teams for all subjects related to The Crew franchise
  • Organize early access test phases with players, taking into account the needs and dependencies of the Production teams
  • Monitor KPIs on your subjects and guarantee the quality of these indicators
  • Handle operational project management tasks (organizing meetings, taking notes, reports, JIRA tracking, etc.) and report regularly to your manager
  • Excellent command of English (oral and written)
  • Ease of communication
  • Passion for the video game sector, good knowledge of game production, especially GaaS/Live
  • Ability to manage several subjects simultaneously, complexity management & prioritization
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment with diverse teams
