Must Have
- Support planning and oversee execution, and optimization of in-game events, seasonal content, and time-limited offers.
- Maintain and manage the LiveOps calendar, ensuring timely execution of updates, events, and promotions.
- Monitor live events, identify issues, and lead rapid troubleshooting efforts.
- Analyze event performance data, player engagement trends, and revenue impact.
- Develop and refine LiveOps workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance response times.
- Identify opportunities for new event formats, engagement tactics, and LiveOps innovations.
- 5+ years in LiveOps, game operations, or related roles.
- Strong background in building live events, seasonal content, and time-limited in-game promotions.
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues in a fast-paced, live service environment.
- Experience working with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to execute live events seamlessly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of player behaviors and motivations in free-to-play multiplayer games.

What You Will Do
We are looking for a Live Operations Manager to oversee the execution and troubleshooting of live operations for Star Trek Fleet Command. This individual will be assisting a team of Product Managers, ensuring smooth, engaging, and high-performing live events and operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing live operations for free-to-play multiplayer games. Responsibilities include:
- Live Operations Execution: Support the planning and oversee the execution, and optimization of in-game events, seasonal content, and time-limited offers
- Operational Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the LiveOps calendar, ensuring timely execution of updates, events, and promotions
- Real-Time Issue Management: Monitor live events, identify issues, and lead rapid troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and player disruptions
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze event performance data, player engagement trends, and revenue impact to continuously improve LiveOps execution
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine LiveOps workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance response times
- Innovation & Experimentation: Identify opportunities for new event formats, engagement tactics, and LiveOps innovations to enhance the player experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in LiveOps, game operations, or related roles,
- LiveOps Expertise: Strong background in building live events, seasonal content, and time-limited in-game promotions
- Problem-Solving Mentality: Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues in a fast-paced, live service environment
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to execute live events seamlessly
