Job Summary
Reporting to the Producer of The Crew Motorfest, you will join the Data team, working directly with the game's production teams and transversal departments (finance, marketing, development). Your mission is to transform data into actionable insights to support the brand's overall performance and project monitoring throughout the different design phases. This includes creating dashboards, partnering with teams, presenting analyses, optimizing performance, collaborating, and designing future tracking plans.
Must Have
- Create and maintain clear and useful dashboards and BI reports.
- Support development, finance, marketing, and producing teams.
- Present analyses and formulate recommendations with pedagogy.
- Optimize queries and pipelines for fast and robust analyses, automate processes.
- Collaborate with a transversal team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.
- Design tracking plans with production teams (Designers, User Researchers, Gameplay Programmers).
- Participate in data evangelization for user-centric decision-making processes.
- Ensure relevant analyses in collaboration with business experts.
- SQL querying expertise.
- Knowledge of databases, ETL, and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Databricks).
- Experience in handling large data volumes and knowledge of statistics.
- Excellent communication, team spirit, collaborative work, and autonomy.
- Fluent English level.
Good to Have
- First experience with Python and/or PySpark, good Data Engineering skills.
- Familiarity with the video game environment.

Main missions:
- Bring data to life: create and maintain clear and useful dashboards, produce BI reports that facilitate decision-making
- Be a team partner: support development, finance, marketing, and producing teams to transform their needs into concrete solutions
- Share and convince: present your analyses (emails, PowerPoint presentations, Power BI, newsletters) and formulate recommendations, guiding teams with pedagogy
- Improve performance: optimize queries and pipelines for fast and robust analyses, and automate processes to gain efficiency and reliability
- Work as a team: collaborate with a transversal team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists
- Imagine tomorrow's tracking: design tracking plans in conjunction with production teams, including Designers, User Researchers, and Gameplay Programmers
- Place data at the center of decision-making: participate in the evangelization of data for user-centric decision-making processes, ensure relevant analyses in collaboration with business experts to guarantee maximum possible impact
Qualifications
- SQL querying expertise
- Knowledge of databases, ETL, and visualization tools (ideally PowerBI, Tableau, Databricks)
- Experience in handling large data volumes and knowledge of statistics
- Excellent communication, team spirit, collaborative work, and autonomy
- Fluent English level
