Job Summary

We are looking for a game designer for our flagship project - the web RPG battler Hero Wars Dominion Era. The LiveOps direction is waiting for you! Responsibilities include balancing and adjusting events, creating, implementing, and analyzing new events, writing documentation, and conducting market analysis to generate hypotheses for product improvement.

Must Have

Balancing and adjusting events
Creating, implementing, and analyzing new events
Writing documentation
Conducting market analysis and generating hypotheses for product improvement
At least 3 years of experience working with f2p games
Worked on a successful and operational project
Able to delve into product analytics
Know mathematics, mathematical modeling, and probability theory
Understand the market and competitors

About your role

What you’ll be doing

Balancing and adjusting events
Creating, implementing, and analyzing new events
Writing documentation
Conducting market analysis and generating hypotheses for product improvement

We hope that you

Have at least 3 years of experience working with f2p games
Worked on a successful and operational project
Able to delve into product analytics
Know mathematics, mathematical modeling, and probability theory (calculating offers in the game, balancing adjustments)
Understand the market and competitors
