Job Summary

Nexters is seeking a skilled Recruiter to manage hiring across various departments, including tech, marketing, and art. This role involves targeted hiring of Senior+ professionals, focusing on quality assessment and a personalized approach. The Recruiter will deeply immerse in team needs, collaborate closely with hiring managers, build market expertise, and evaluate candidates' soft skills, being central to the entire hiring process.

Must Have

  • Search for and attract candidates using various sourcing channels
  • Work in a targeted hiring format
  • Conduct initial interviews and build meaningful candidate conversations
  • Organize final interview stages with hiring managers
  • Ensure timely and high-quality vacancy closures
  • Support candidates through their offer, onboarding, and probation period
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience (ideally in IT, marketing, or art roles)
  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence using a variety of search tools and channels
  • Solid experience in evaluating soft skills
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Adaptability, engagement, and the ability to quickly switch between tasks

About your role We’re looking for a skilled Recruiter who can take ownership of hiring across multiple areas - from tech and marketing to art and more. You’ll be joining a strong and experienced talent team focused on targeted hiring of Senior+ professionals. We value quality, in-depth candidate assessment, and a thoughtful, personalized approach to every hire. In this role, you'll have a high degree of freedom in managing your vacancies - and with it, a high level of responsibility. From deep immersion in team needs and close collaboration with hiring managers to building market expertise and evaluating candidates' soft skills, you’ll be at the heart of the hiring process. What you’ll be doing * Searching for and attracting candidates using various sourcing channels * Working in a targeted hiring format - no high-volume recruitment * Conducting initial interviews and building meaningful candidate conversations * Organizing final interview stages with hiring managers * Ensuring timely and high-quality vacancy closures * Supporting candidates through their offer, onboarding, and probation period We hope that you * 3+ years of recruitment experience - ideally in IT, marketing, or hiring for art roles (illustrators, animators, etc.) * Strong sourcing skills and confidence using a variety of search tools and channels * Solid experience in evaluating soft skills * Strong team player with excellent communication skills and high attention to detail * Adaptability, engagement, and the ability to quickly switch between tasks What we offer * HealthcareMedical care program (including dental service) or medical care compensation are available for you wherever you wish to work.
