Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Product Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of analytics, developing the team, and supporting the product in making informed, well-grounded decisions. This role involves creating dashboards, coordinating analyst work, mentoring the team, and preparing analytics for product growth opportunities.
Must Have
- Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring key metrics, automating regular reports, and controlling core indicators
- Plan and coordinate analysts’ work: task allocation, workload management, quality control, and deadline adherence
- Mentor and develop the team through 1:1s, feedback, and individual development plans
- Prepare analytics for product decisions: identify growth opportunities, form hypotheses, assist in planning next steps and reasoning
- Lead internal analytical initiatives and improve processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tasks and requirements
- Experience managing a team of analysts
- 5+ years of experience in analytical roles within product companies
- Ability to independently solve complex tasks and lead projects as an owner
- Deep product expertise: understanding economics, metrics, and product growth principles
- Proactivity and willingness to collaborate closely with the product team
- Strong soft skills, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team
Good to Have
- Excellent command of SQL, Python, and Tableau for analytical problem-solving
- Experience implementing changes in a mature product and identifying growth areas
- Experience developing new approaches to metrics and metric design
- Ability to configure data aggregates using Airflow

About your role

What you’ll be doing
- Creating and maintaining dashboards for monitoring key metrics, automating regular reports, and controlling the project’s core indicators
- Planning and coordinating analysts’ work: task allocation and workload management, quality control of deliverables, and deadline adherence
- Mentoring and developing the team: regular 1:1s, feedback, support in day-to-day tasks, and creating and guiding individual development plans
- Preparing analytics for product decisions: identifying growth opportunities, forming hypotheses, assisting the product team in planning next steps and reasoning
- Leading internal analytical initiatives and improving processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the project to align tasks and requirements
We hope that you have
- Experience managing a team of analysts
- 5+ years of experience in analytical roles within product companies
