Nexters is seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager for its Limassol office in Cyprus. This role involves ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace for all employees by managing daily office operations. Key responsibilities include ordering supplies, maintaining document organization, assisting with visa and document processing for official locations, and coordinating with contractors for office procurement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills to constantly improve the office environment.

Must Have

  • Keeping the office comfortable and cozy, ordering stationery, water, food, etc.
  • Keeping documents in order (reception, registration, storage, control of execution)
  • Assistance with day-to-day issues at official locations: visa issues, document processing.
  • Assistance with office matters, coordinating contractors and office procurement.
  • Document management.

About your role

Our office in Limassol is waiting for an enthusiastic Office manager. You will deal with the daily tasks of making the workspace a comfortable place for all Nexters Cyprus employees.

What you’ll be doing

  • Keeping the office comfortable and cozy, ordering stationery, water, food, etc.
  • Keeping documents in order (reception, registration, storage, control of execution)
  • Assistance with day-to-day issues at official locations: visa issues, document processing.
  • Assistance with office matters, coordinating contractors and office procurement.
  • Document management.
