Job Summary

Pazu is a fast-growing mobile game company seeking a Game Design graduate with a strong technical background for an Entry-level Game Builder- Junior role. This position involves level building, content quality assurance, and cross-team coordination. The successful candidate will help structure game levels, perform functional and regression testing, manage asset lists, and ensure smooth information flow between development, design, post-production, and marketing teams.

Must Have

  • Work as part of the game design team, helping the level-building process.
  • Clean, organize, and structure game levels.
  • Perform ongoing functional testing of all items within the level.
  • Perform regression testing for new builds.
  • Apply professional judgment when adjustments are needed.
  • Manage and maintain the Full Asset List.
  • Handle operational tables and workflows (currently managed in Asana).
  • Ensure smooth and accurate information flow between Development, Design, Post-Production, and Marketing teams.
  • Understand the limitations and guidelines for Post-Production and Marketing.
  • Experience as a Game Designer, Technical Designer, or Producer in a game development environment.
  • Strong technical background and ability to work with technical and operational tools.
  • High-level QA skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and track multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Ability to make informed decisions independently.

Good to Have

  • Experience with game engines.
  • Experience working with Content, Animation, Marketing, and Post-Production teams.
  • Familiarity with task management tools (Asana, etc.).

We are looking for a Game Design graduate with a strong technical background, combining production and QA skills, to join our game design team and play a key role in level building, content quality, and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the game design team, helping the level-building process.
  • Clean, organize, and structure game levels: visually and functionally place all in-game items according to the concept requirements.
  • Perform ongoing functional testing of all items within the level to ensure proper behavior and logic.
  • Perform regression testing for new builds.
  • Apply professional judgment when adjustments are needed, and consult with relevant teams when necessary.
  • Manage and maintain the Full Asset List, arranging the packs and Deafult Data including QA alignment with the tech team.
  • Handle operational tables and workflows (currently managed in Asana).
  • Ensure smooth and accurate information flow between Development, Design, Post-Production, and Marketing teams.
  • Understand the limitations and guidelines of what can and cannot be passed to Post-Production and Marketing.
