This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Law and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Must Have

• Advice on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights related to games, including trademarks and copyrights.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and industry standards.
• Draft and review agreements related to the creation, licensing, and use of copyrighted materials.
• Provide legal analysis and recommendations on potential copyright infringement issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to draft and negotiate various contracts, including licensing, development, and publishing agreements.
• Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks associated with contractual obligations.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in intellectual property law and gaming industry regulations.
• Conduct legal research to address specific issues and provide proactive legal advice.
• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on intellectual property and copyrights.
• Previous experience as a legal advisor in a commercial company.
