Job Summary
This Senior Lead Analyst role involves supporting OAS Operations, including customer queries, feed tracking, system job monitoring, and application access. The role also entails maintaining OAS, implementing enhancements and upgrades, ensuring SLA compliance, and managing audits. Key responsibilities include gathering reporting requirements, driving standardization and automation, collaborating with stakeholders, and proactively identifying financial risks.
Must Have
- Support OAS Operations (customer queries, feed tracking, system monitoring, application access)
- Maintain OAS, including enhancements and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with SLA, internal guidelines, accounting policies, and manage audits
- Gather and document reporting requirements from OAS stakeholders
- Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Process Owners, Product owner, Technology partners
- Ensure financial integrity and identify risks
- B.COM/B. Tech/MBA/Postgraduate degree
- 2-3 years of experience
- Experience in OAS reports and dashboards development
- Strong ERP knowledge (Oracle)
- Analytical skills, financial accounting, reporting understanding

How will you make an impact on this role?
- Supporting OAS Operations process includes customer query, tracking of feeds, monitoring of system jobs and application access.
- Support all Maintenance related activities in OAS including enhancements and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with agreed SLA, internal guidelines, accounting policies/ protocols and managing internal and external audits.
- Work with OAS stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements.
- Support and participate in the process of standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives including business partner and customer initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders - Process Owners, Product owner, Technology partners.
- Always ensure Financial Integrity and proactively identifying risks.
Qualification /Critical Skills / Knowledge required
- B.COM/B. Tech/MBA/Postgraduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Working experience of development of reports and dashboards in OAS, preferably in Finance organization.
- A strong ERP knowledge such as Oracle, Well-Developed Analytical Skills including financial accounting / reporting understanding.
- A fast/keen learner with the ability to learn a detailed process quickly.
- Ability to share technical knowledge and proactively encourage others to do the same.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
