Job Responsibilities/
This internship role is designed to provide hands-on experience in business development within the Payments industry with a specific focus on serving gaming sector merchants. The intern will support the business development team in maintaining and enhancing partnerships, analyzing merchant sales performance, and contributing to the success of key gaming publisher accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist business development manager in maintaining relationships with gaming merchants, helping to optimize their payment performance and resolve issues.
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends, track key success metrics, and uncover areas for improvement.
- Support the onboarding process for new gaming merchants and aid in the integration of payment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Risk, and Support to address merchant needs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for partner reviews, summarizing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- A strong interest in the payments, fintech, and gaming industries.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; proficiency in Excel is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
