About the role

We are hiring a Business Operations Analyst to support daily and monthly operational activities within finance, product, and regulatory functions. The role involves managing billing processes, tracking KPIs, supporting audits, and ensuring smooth business-as-usual (BAU) operations. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily and monthly business operations activities, including billing validation, reconciliation, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Product teams for revenue tracking, fee collection, and showback/chargeback processes.
  • Track KPIs, SLAs, and partner performance, preparing operational and compliance dashboards.
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting by maintaining detailed operational evidence and documentation.
  • Assist in validating Billing Engine outputs and partner transaction usage records.
  • Collaborate with technical, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth BAU operations.

Requirements

  • 0–4 years of experience in Business Operations, Finance Operations, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of billing, reconciliation, invoicing, or financial operations.
  • Ability to track and analyze KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.
