Vimeo is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales to lead the growing Central Region (DACH, France, and Benelux) in EMEA. This London-based role involves managing a team of Account Executives and Account Managers focused on selling into and growing enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a desire to help customers achieve their business goals, and a proven ability to find and develop talent, driving operational efficiencies and exceeding ARR targets.
Must Have
- Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain a high performing team
- Coach and motivate teams to become top achievers and future leaders
- Exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets
- Work directly with leading brands and companies to help them solve their online video needs
- Maintain CRM data and pipeline within Salesforce.com
- Develop best practices for customer attraction
- Understand customer and market trends
- Develop, share and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all key competitors
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales
- 5+ years of experience managing sales teams
- MEDDPICC experience
- Proven track record of supporting complex sales campaigns into strategic customers
- Experience with SaaS technology
- Solid sales foundation built through sales training and practical experience

- Language proficiency suitable to the covered market (German, French and/or Dutch)

Job Description
We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Sales to lead our growing Central Region (DACH, France and Benelux) in EMEA! As a Sales Leader at Vimeo, you will lead a London based team of Account Executives and Account Managers focused on selling into and growing our enterprise accounts.
As a Sr. Manager,, you should have strong interpersonal skills, a desire to help customers achieve their business goals, and a strong ability to find and develop talent. If you are highly driven, passionate and have relevant SaaS knowledge, we'd love to hear from you.
You’ll manage a diverse sales team of experienced professionals and maintain your sales and technical expertise to engage directly with prospects and work cross-functionally. You’ll drive operational efficiencies across the sales organization to ensure we build a best-in-class team that scales.
What you'll do:
- Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain a high performing team
- Coach and motivate your teams to become top achievers and future leaders
- Exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets by effectively managing the sales team
- Work directly with leading brands and companies to help them solve their online video needs

- Understand customer and market trends
- Develop, share and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all key competitors
- Continue to develop your professional skills, mentor others and seek mentorship
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- 7+ years of experience working in a Enterprise Saas sales
- 5+ years of experience managing sales teams
- MEDDPICC experience
- Language proficiency suitable to the covered market is strongly preferred (German, French and/or Dutch)
- Proven track record of supporting complex sales campaigns into strategic customers
