Job Summary

The Sr. Lead Audit Team member serves as an operational audit leader, guiding a team that supports local channel and advertising partners. Responsibilities include reviewing local brand advertising for compliance, verifying fund utilization, checking POP against guidelines, reviewing tax invoices, and managing rebate incentives. This role ensures adherence to requirements and brand standards while leading quality assurance activities.

Must Have

  • Assess workload, assign daily goals, and send team status updates to ensure goals and SLAs are met
  • Review marketing materials against established guidelines and brand standards, enter results into the database, and communicate results
  • Lead quality assurance activities for team
  • Spend at least 50% of time performing quality control checks at payment/funding level with accountability for accuracy and compliance
  • Report and track metrics against established department benchmarks (AIM), action planning when necessary
  • Develop an advanced knowledge of the assigned program(s) and serve as the day-to-day decision maker for the team and program operations
  • Identify, document, and communicate potential operational efficiencies
  • Guide a positive, proactive, operations-oriented environment and coordinate with supervisor and other regional leads to drive improvement
  • Allocate daily work assignments and closely monitor that goals and SLAs are met
  • Anticipate internal hurdles and course-correct to prevent inefficiency in workflow
  • Proactively communicate internally and externally to keep all key stakeholders updated on program progress and performance
  • Work closely with supervisor and other regional leads to manage program(s)
  • Mentor your team by identifying strengths and areas of opportunity, providing feedback, and training opportunities
  • Track and act upon group and team KPI’s and team member performance
  • Write performance reviews and quarterly 1:1s
  • Manage PTO
  • Able to flex up or down in job responsibilities when needed

Job Description

The Audit Team Sr Lead acts as an operational audit leader and provides guidance to a team of individuals supporting local channel partners and their advertising partners by reviewing local brand enhancing advertising according to requirements, verifying qualifying fund utilization, reviewing required POP against guidelines, reviewing tax invoices and managing rebate incentives.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Ability to organize work, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional ability to work within a team environment.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills with fluent production and comprehension of oral and written English.
  • Proven technical competence including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Willingness to work in US shift

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing or related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with administrative responsibilities.
  • Some remote-work experience preferred and demonstrated ability to work independently
