Legal Intern

We are looking for a Legal Intern to join the team in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, managing legal documentation, tracking pending legal matters, and coordinating with external advisors. The intern will also address legal inquiries from various areas, work cross-functionally with internal teams, and support legal analysis for informed decision-making. Candidates should be last-semester students or recent graduates in Law, proactive, detail-oriented, and proficient in G-Suite and digital tools.

Must Have

• Drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, ensuring proper registration.
• Managing legal and corporate documentation using internal tools.
• Tracking pending legal matters, ensuring progress and deadline compliance.
• Coordinating with external legal advisors for fluid communication.
• Addressing legal inquiries from various internal areas.
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Supporting legal analysis for informed decision-making.
• Last semester student or recent graduate in Law or related fields (not titled professionals).
• Availability and commitment for professional practice in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

• Drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts. Primarily responsible for their proper registration in both physical and digital files to contribute to traceability.
• Management of legal documentation (managing contracts and corporate documentation) through the use of internal tools.
• Tracking pending legal matters, ensuring progress and compliance with deadlines.
• Coordination with external advisors, facilitating fluid and efficient communication.
• Addressing legal inquiries from different areas, providing clear and solution-oriented support.
• Cross-functional work with internal teams.
• Support in the legal analysis of situations and documents, contributing to informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Last semester student or recent graduate of Law or related fields (applications from titled professionals will not be accepted).
• Availability and commitment to carry out your professional practice in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Desire to learn, proactive attitude, and teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express yourself clearly and precisely.
• Solid knowledge of G-Suite and general handling of digital tools.
• A person with great attention to detail, responsible, and with initiative.
• Intermediate English level desirable.
