The Risk Solution Services (RSS) division provides expert managed services to secure and optimize the payments lifecycle by proactively increasing acceptance and preventing fraud. This role, Consultant, Risk Solution Services, involves helping Visa clients manage fraud through data analysis, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing solutions using Visa and industry tools. The consultant will maximize client engagement via automation, GenAI, and machine learning, while communicating portfolio updates and industry insights to drive client success.
Must Have

Job Description

The Consultant, Risk Solution Services helps Visa clients manage fraud by analyzing data for emerging trends, developing strategies to mitigate risk, and collaborating with clients to implement these strategies using Visa and industry tools. The Consultant maximizes client engagement through automation, GenAI, and machine learning, while effectively communicating portfolio updates and industry insights in a way that drive client success.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Communication and Presentation: Deliver clear, concise, and tailored communications to internal and external stakeholders. Present complex data and recommendations in accessible formats, ensuring understanding and actionability for clients and partners.
- Consulting Expertise: Build and foster strategic partnerships with clients, understanding their unique business needs. Provide consultative guidance that supports adoption of Visa products and risk management solutions.
- Solutions Delivery: Drive client engagement by leveraging automation, GenAI, machine learning, and regular portfolio updates. Ensure seamless delivery and integration of solutions, prioritizing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Analysis, Data, and Reporting: Utilize advanced data analysis and reporting tools to identify trends, align KPIs with Visa objectives, and generate actionable insights for clients. Continuously enhance automation capabilities for improved reporting.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current on payment industry trends and competitive landscape. Share insights with clients, provide education on payment systems, and adapt solutions to address market changes and client needs.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

**U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $124,300 to $198,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
