Must Have

• Expert-level, hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere 360 platform (Control Room administration, Bot Creator, AARI, IQ Bot, Bot Insight).
• Proven track record of architecting, designing, and successfully delivering complex, large-scale RPA solutions in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrable experience establishing and running an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE), defining governance frameworks, and implementing best practices.
• Deep understanding of system integration, web services (REST/SOAP), APIs, and database technologies (SQL).
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for deconstructing complex business processes into manageable, automatable components.
• SQL Server BI.

Good to Have

• Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional (A360) certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and designing RPA infrastructure in a cloud environment.
• Familiarity with other major automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform).
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or VBScript.
• Experience leading RPA projects within an Agile/Scrum framework.
