Job Summary

At ROLLER, we’re building new products that help venues create stronger, longer-lasting relationships with their customers. As a Product Manager, you’ll own a greenfield product focused on improving repeat visitation, customer lifetime value, and data-driven engagement across the customer lifecycle. This role sits within a newly formed product area and is a genuine 0 to 1 opportunity. You’ll be responsible for shaping a new product from early definition through to a monetizable release used by venues globally. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build a platform that helps venues better understand their customers, personalise experiences, and drive meaningful repeat behaviour.

Must Have

  • Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery for new products.
  • Define and prioritize core mechanics for customer value and repeat visits.
  • Design models for customer retention, incentives, and monetization.
  • Ensure capture and activation of customer identity and behavioral data.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Conduct customer research and competitive analysis.
  • Define success metrics and use data for product refinement.
  • Break down complex problems and provide clarity to teams.
  • Communicate product strategy and impact to stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer retention, lifecycle, or CRM products.
  • Understand incentives, value exchange, and personalization.
  • Proven experience taking products from concept to launch (0 to 1).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proactive and critical thinking mindset.

  • Familiarity with venue-based, hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing platforms.

About the Role

At ROLLER, we’re building new products that help venues create stronger, longer-lasting relationships with their customers. As a Product Manager, you’ll own a greenfield product focused on improving repeat visitation, customer lifetime value, and data-driven engagement across the customer lifecycle.

This role sits within a newly formed product area and is a genuine 0 to 1 opportunity. You’ll be responsible for shaping a new product from early definition through to a monetizable release used by venues globally. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build a platform that helps venues better understand their customers, personalise experiences, and drive meaningful repeat behaviour.

The role is fast-moving and high-impact, suited to someone who enjoys ambiguity, moves with pace, and wants to build a foundational product in an industry that’s still early in its maturity.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a new product focused on driving repeat customer value and engagement
  • Define and prioritise core mechanics that drive repeat visits and long-term customer value
  • Design flexible models that support customer retention, incentives, and monetisation across different venue types
  • Ensure customer identity and behavioural data is captured and activated across the broader platform
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to ship iteratively and learn quickly
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams on pricing, packaging, positioning, and launch strategy
  • Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to understand retention and lifecycle challenges
  • Define success metrics and use data to continuously refine the product
  • Break down complex, ambiguous problems and create clarity for delivery teams
  • Challenge assumptions constructively and help drive momentum across teams
  • Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and impact clearly to internal stakeholders

About You

  • Experience working on customer retention, lifecycle, engagement, or CRM-adjacent products
  • A strong understanding of how incentives, value exchange, and personalisation influence customer behaviour
  • Experience taking products from concept to launch (0 to 1 or close to it)
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making progress with incomplete information
  • A collaborative approach to working with engineers, designers, and go-to-market partners
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, methodical approach
  • Clear, concise communicator who can tell focused product stories
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to question, challenge, and improve existing thinking
  • Interest in building foundational products with meaningful customer and commercial impact
  • Familiarity with venue-based, hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing platforms is a plus, but not require

1. Initial call with our Talent Team

You'll have an initial call with our Talent Team to chat through some of your experience to date, salary expectations and you can check off any initial questions you might have.

2. Interview with the Head of Product

You'll get to meet with the Head of Product to learn more about the role & ROLLER whilst also talking through your experience in more detail.

3. Meet with the Squad

This is a chance to meet the team you'd be working closely with. You can hear all about what they're working on, ask questions, and also share a bit about your experience and how you like to work.

4. Collaboration Session

You’ll be invited to our office to present to the team and highlight your approach to product management, how you think about solving customer problems, working with cross-functional teams, and driving outcomes.
