Must Have

• Assist the Strategy and M&A team in the process of researching and evaluating acquisition opportunities.
• Participate in the integration of acquisitions within the group and the monitoring of synergies.
• Contribute to presentations (supervisory board, shareholder, 52E top management) and support Business Units in their growth.
• Monitor acquisition processes.
• Support Business Units in their growth (data-driven recommendations, new product launches, partnership monitoring, etc.).
• Perform ad hoc analyses for group growth (market studies, financial modeling, etc.).

Good to Have

• Student from a top business or engineering school (Grande Ecole program)
• Second part of a gap year or end-of-study internship, with possibility of hiring after the internship
• Previous experience in a strategy consulting firm, TS, private equity, or within a company's strategy department is appreciated
• Strong analytical, financial, and quantitative skills, demonstrated in past experiences
• Interest in the gaming and e-sport industry
• Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and manage projects autonomously
• Very good level of English
• Proficiency in Office Suite
