Job Summary
This working student role at WongDoody supports the Digital Strategy & Analytics team. Key responsibilities include assisting with performance and content measures across various digital channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), evaluating tests, and preparing analyses. A major focus is on reporting and analytics, involving the evaluation of social, content, and web performance for organic channels, maintaining reports and dashboards, and supporting tracking and data quality checks. The role also requires interdisciplinary collaboration. Candidates need ongoing studies in marketing, data, or similar, strong interest in performance marketing, basic digital channel understanding, and very good German skills.
Must Have
- Ongoing studies in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business, Data or similar
- Strong interest in Performance Marketing, Analytics and data-driven decisions
- Basic understanding of Social Media, Content Performance and digital channels
- Analytical, structured way of working and desire to make things measurable
- Very good German language skills
Good to Have
- First experience with Analytics, Reporting or Dashboard tools is an advantage
- Good English language skills are an advantage

What awaits you
Strategy & Performance Support (≈35%)
- Support in the preparation and maintenance of performance and content measures on channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Assistance with channel and content overviews, e.g., for structuring measures along defined KPIs
- Evaluation of tests, e.g., on creatives, formats, or timings, and documentation of learnings
- Research, preparation, and maintenance of analyses and benchmarks for internal teams
Reporting & Analytics (≈55%)
- Support in the evaluation of social, content, and web performance for predominantly organic channels and owned media
- Assistance with KPI strategy, content structures, and simple benchmark analyses
- Maintenance of existing reports and dashboards, e.g., in Looker Studio, GA4, Sheets, or Excel
- Support with basic tracking and data checks, e.g., UTM logics and data quality
- Preparation of figures, charts, and key findings for presentations and internal alignments
Interdisciplinary Collaboration (≈10%)
- Collaboration with colleagues from strategy, creation, and implementation in daily business
- Preparation of briefings and presentations
- Insights into related topics, depending on the project
What you bring
