Job Summary

Entrata, a global leader in property management software since 2003, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Partner. This role is crucial for strengthening HR operations and supporting People Partners in delivering high-quality employee experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR operations expertise, excellent data/HR analytics skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, contributing to a positive work culture within Entrata's global team.

Must Have

  • Oversee attendance and leave tracking, ensuring timely and accurate updates in the system
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to leave, attendance, policies, and benefits
  • Collaborate with People Partners to update and maintain employee data across HR systems and trackers
  • Generate data-driven insights, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making
  • Draft, review, and issue employee-related documents such as promotion, increment, retention, transfer, and exit letters
  • Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires
  • Manage background verification (BGV) processes and ensure timely closures
  • Execute employee-related updates and changes in ADP as per approved requests
  • Maintain complete, organized, and confidential employee records in alignment with data protection standards
  • Prepare and release official letters such as offer, confirmation, and experience letters
  • Collaborate with People Partners to review, refine, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes
  • Track and maintain HR budget utilization sheets for respective teams
  • Assist with ticketing management by tracking, updating, and closing HR-related tickets
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, People Generalist, or HRBP support roles
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes including onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and employee lifecycle management
  • Good analytical skills with experience in HR analytics, data reporting, and working with dashboards/tools (Excel, Sheets, HRIS reports, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with ADP or any major HRIS platform
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Partner who will play a critical role in strengthening our HR operations and supporting People Partners in delivering high-quality employee experiences. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR operations expertise, excellent data/HR analytics skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities will include

  • Attendance & Leave Management : Oversee daily HR operations including attendance and leave tracking, ensuring timely and accurate updates in the system. Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to leave, attendance, policies, and benefits. Work closely with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain data hygiene.
  • Data Maintenance & HR Analytics : Collaborate with People Partners to update and maintain employee data across HR systems and trackers. Ensure data consistency and accuracy for all ongoing HR projects and business initiatives. Generate data-driven insights, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making for People Partners and business leaders. Support HR audits and analytics requirements as needed.
  • Document Creation & Management: Draft, review, and issue employee-related documents such as promotion letters, increment letters, retention letters, transfer letters, and exit documents. Ensure documentation follows organizational policies, maintains consistency, and is securely stored.
  • Onboarding & Background Verification: Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Manage system access setup, welcome kits, policy briefings, and buddy assignment coordination. Oversee background verification (BGV) processes and ensure timely closures.
  • ADP Updates & HRIS Maintenance: Execute employee-related updates and changes in ADP as per approved requests from People Partners. Maintain data accuracy within ADP and ensure timely reflection of organizational changes. Partner with HRIS and Operations teams to troubleshoot and fix issues as required.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement: Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives at the team and organization level. Assist in the execution of employee recognition programs, care packages, and long-tenure celebrations. Maintain high responsiveness to employee needs and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain complete, organized, and confidential employee records in alignment with data protection standards. Prepare and release official letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters. Support compliance audits and ensure all documentation is up to date.
  • SOP Management: Collaborate with People Partners to review, refine, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes. Ensure SOPs are in line with organizational standards and communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Budget Utilization Tracking: Track and maintain HR budget utilization sheets for respective teams. Monitor expenses, highlight deviations, and provide periodic updates to stakeholders. Support annual budgeting exercises with required data and reports.
  • Additional HR Responsibilities: Support the HR team with any additional operational or project-based tasks. Assist with ticketing management by tracking, updating, and closing HR-related tickets to ensure timely employee support. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and technology to bring continuous improvement ideas. Assist HRBPs in administrative aspects of performance management, talent processes, and organizational initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
