In this role, you will be a key driver of operational excellence, ensuring our people programs and processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall employee experience by streamlining workflows and implementing best-in-class people practices—all while ensuring GoFundMe continues to be a place where great people come to do the best work of their lives. The job…
People Operations &amp; Compliance:
<ul>
<li>Own and enhance core global People Operations processes, policies, and programs to optimize efficiency and employee experience in partnership with our People Partner and Total Rewards &amp; Analytics teams.</li>
<li>Act as the first point of contact for global HR-related inquiries, triaging and resolving employee requests via our internal help desk system.</li>
<li>Manage and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes, including leading new hire onboarding sessions and exit interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records, benefits systems, and documentation with a strong commitment to confidentiality, data security, and compliance.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance and stay up to date with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies across multiple geographies globally and proactively address regulatory updates.</li>
<li>Assist in launching and managing mandatory people operations compliance training, such as anti-harassment and discrimination, employee handbook acknowledgement, etc.</li>
</ul>
Performance Management &amp; Engagement:
<ul>
<li>Lead the company-wide performance management process, overseeing the end-to-end review cycle, coordinating key milestones, ensuring alignment with business goals and supporting communication plans effectively.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with key stakeholders, lead trainings, support calibrations, and retrospectives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage employee engagement surveys, including the annual engagement survey and ad-hoc pulse surveys. Analyze results and collaborate with People Partners to develop and implement action plans.</li>
<li>Enhance our efforts in creating a culture of ongoing feedback by supporting current programs and optimizing our performance management and engagement system, Culture Amp.</li>
</ul>
Benefits &amp; Leave Management:

<li>Serve as a key point of contact for benefit related matters and support our Benefits Manager and external benefit partners in all aspects of our Global Benefit and Wellbeing programs.</li>
<li>Independently manages Leaves and Accommodations program, leveraging sound judgment to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Administer the leave management system for leave tracking, run LOA intake meetings, provides return-to-work support and maintain records in accordance to established guidelines and compliance requirements&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help manage the Benefit Administration system, accurately processing QLE, EOIs, and ensure accurate data in alignment with established processes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with Workers’ Compensation management, claims, and employee support.</li>
<li>Support wellbeing programs to promote employee health and engagement.</li>
<li>Maintain a benefits calendar and ensure ongoing employee communications and intranet updates regarding benefits and wellness initiatives.</li>
</ul>
Collaboration &amp; General Team Support:
<ul>
<li>Provide proactive, strategic, and operational support to People Partners across various HR functions.</li>
<li>Support and lead people-related projects or initiatives, including international expansion, workforce planning, policy updates, and organizational development change.</li>
<li>Become proficient in our people data tools (Paylocity, Culture Amp, Visier) and support team in analyzing and making data-led decisions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Total Rewards &amp; Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Workplace &amp; Employee Experience, DEIB &amp; Development, to drive employee processes, programs, and engagement efforts.</li>

Tech-Savvy &amp; Strategic-thinker: Proficient in HR systems such as Paylocity, Culture Amp, Pave or similar, with a track record of using data to inform decisions and drive strategic HR initiatives that foster growth and engagement. Expertise in remote collaboration tools (e.g., G-suite, Slack, Zoom) with advanced skills in Google Sheets and Google Slides.&nbsp;
Project Management &amp; Collaboration: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.&nbsp;

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $90,000 - $135,000 + equity + benefits.&nbsp; As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US.
