Jagex is seeking an entrepreneurial brand leader with a passion for both innovation and excellence to elevate the RuneScape brands to new heights and guide its next chapter of growth.  The ideal candidate will develop a future-forward brand strategy, lead the evolution of the RuneScape franchise, own the brand strategy for acquiring new users and bringing back lapsed players, explore opportunities for RuneScape to transcend gaming, inspire and lead a cross-functional marketing team, and champion a test-and-learn approach. Responsibilities also include developing and executing strategies to enhance Jagex’s corporate identity and positioning the company as an innovative industry leader and an employer of choice.

This includes leading the evolution of the RuneScape franchise, developing a vision that attracts new players while engaging our passionate community across current titles</li> <li>Own the brand strategy for acquiring new users and bringing back lapsed players</li> <li>Explore opportunities for RuneScape to transcend gaming, developing strategies that bring the franchise into new entertainment realms</li> <li>Inspire and lead a cross-functional marketing team and external partners to deliver groundbreaking campaigns</li> <li>Be the steward of our brand marketing investment, ensuring every initiative delivers clear ROI. Use real-time feedback to refine strategies and deliver efficient, high-impact campaigns</li> <li>Champion a test-and-learn approach, blending creative flair with data insights.
