This Undergraduate Industrial Placement in IT at Mattel offers a chance to work across various IT disciplines, supporting business systems, end-user support, and administration.  The role involves collaborating on regional and global IT projects focused on e-commerce and data analytics. Responsibilities include business requirements gathering, prototype building, testing, report building in IBM Cognos, SharePoint and Simplr content management, meeting room support, and ad-hoc user support.  Interns will also contribute to office engagement and philanthropic events, living the Mattel brand through event facilitation and brand activations.  The ideal candidate is pursuing an undergraduate IT degree with a placement year, possessing experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred), basic coding, and standard PC applications. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
