The candidate will join the Export Markets Marketing Team, supporting the Brand team on the development and implementation of the brand strategies and marketing activations.
Under the tutor’s guidance, among all, the candidate will have the chance to deepen knowledge of: toy sector – main players and competitors; Mattel’s Brands strategic positioning vs competitor ones; Mattel distribution channels; how to manage co-marketing initiatives with licensing partners; planning and implementation of advertising campaigns; creation and execution of consumer promotions; drafting of materials to support sales force.
The Internship is for 1 year and will allow the candidate to keep on developing new knowledge and skills related to the product marketing area, and to apply theoretical knowledge acquired during university as well.
