Marketing Manager – Middle

Job Summary

SOFTSWISS is hiring a hands-on Middle Marketing Manager to take full ownership of Special Projects. This role involves driving end-to-end marketing execution across various initiatives, shaping the brand's visibility and growth in local markets. It combines strategy and hands-on delivery, covering content, campaigns, PR, events, and ambassador management, with a high degree of autonomy to expand reach, strengthen reputation, and engage audiences.

Must Have

  • Plan and execute the marketing strategy and annual promotion roadmap for local projects.
  • Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy and its day-to-day execution.
  • Prepare content: posts, video scripts, presentations, newsletters.
  • Plan and execute digital and social marketing campaigns.
  • SMM support: planning, publishing, audience engagement.
  • Work with internal and external designers, copywriters, and contractors; source, brief, and coordinate freelancers and external agencies.
  • Lead PR activities: press releases, public announcements, events.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen brand visibility.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, brand awareness and reputation metrics.
  • Research competitors, industry trends, best practices.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget across activities and channels.
  • Work with Brand Ambassadors: building warm, trusting relationships and maintaining regular communication.
  • Monitor content quality and brand compliance.
  • Develop an activity plan, cross-team management and planning.
  • Track KPIs, analyze campaign results and improve processes.
  • Prepare reports.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Advanced Russian and English.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing tools.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

Purpose of the role:
