As a Senior Product Manager at Mighty Bear Games, you will be responsible for the strategic vision and execution of their Telegram gaming ecosystem. This involves leading product strategy, creating roadmaps, and executing them to build engaging, monetizable games within Telegram. You will need to balance user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies to optimize player experience and commercial success. You will define clear, compelling game experiences that bridge casual fun and competitive excitement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial, and you will conduct rigorous analysis of player behavior and market trends. Managing risks associated with live operations, feature development, and player engagement is also part of the role, as is creating and maintaining a high-performing team culture.

Your core responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Leading product strategy, roadmap creation, and execution to build highly engaging, monetizable games within Telegram.</li><li>Balancing user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies to optimize player experience and commercial success.</li><li>Defining clear, compelling game experiences that bridge casual fun and competitive excitement, leveraging skill-based mechanics and reward-driven gameplay.</li><li>Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—development, design, analytics, and marketing—to deliver innovative features and content.</li><li>Conducting rigorous analysis of player behavior and market trends, translating insights into actionable improvements.</li><li>Managing and mitigating risks associated with live operations, feature development, and player engagement.</li><li>Creating and maintaining a high-performing, collaborative team culture throughout the development lifecycle.</li></ul>We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have:<ul><li>A proven track record managing and growing successful gaming products, ideally within mobile, casual gaming, social casino, or instant-play platforms.</li><li>Deep understanding of user acquisition, retention strategies, monetization models, and live operations.</li><li>Strong analytical capabilities, able to derive meaningful insights from data to drive product decisions.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>A keen interest or prior experience in web3, NFTs, or reward-based gaming economies.</li><li>Comfort and adaptability working in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.</li></ul>Bonus Points for:<ul><li>Direct experience managing games on messaging platforms or Telegram bots.</li><li>Experience working on successful free-to-play or reward-driven games with significant user bases.</li><li>Hands-on familiarity with Unity 3D.</li><li>Prior experience with web3 gaming economies, token launches, or NFT integrations.</li></ul>Timezone: &nbsp;We strongly prefer candidates based in or near APAC time zones for seamless team collaboration. &nbsp;Ready to level up with us?
