Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, security & compliance and cost-efficiency. Monitor application and infrastructure health using observability tools (e.g. Grafana).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Developer Environment & Tooling: Manage and enhance the developer environments, tools, and workflows to ensure maximum productivity and security for our engineering teams. Your first priority will be performance for engineers, then how to make that as safe and secure as possible.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">IT Systems & Operations: Assist supporting all internal IT systems, including networking, hardware, software, asset management, and user support. Ensure smooth and secure operations for all employees.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Information Security & Governance: Contribute to, and manage our information security strategy. This includes vulnerability management, incident response, access control, data protection, business continuity and security awareness.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Compliance: Support mod.io's ISO 27001 compliance program. This includes maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS), conducting regular internal audits, managing external audits, and ensuring continuous adherence to the standard's requirements.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Automation and DevOps: Automate infrastructure provisioning and updates using AWS CloudFormation templates.
