As a Senior Developer, you will lead projects from concept to launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and innovate on new ideas to improve ad performance and user experience.​​Responsibilities​<ul role="list"><li>Design and Development: Lead the design and development of high-quality, interactive playable ads and end cards that align with our marketing goals and brand identity.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure playable ads are aligned with overall campaign objectives and user experience.</li><li>Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze, iterate and optimize ad performance based on key metrics to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.</li><li>Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative solutions for playable ad development.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Ensure all playable ads are thoroughly tested across multiple devices and platforms (Unity, Iron Source, Applovin, Moloco) for functionality, performance, and adherence to technical specifications.</li></ul>​Skills and Experience<ul role="list"><li>Strong Proficiency in Unity (Luna Lab) or Cocos creator : 3+ years of experience in developing interactive web content, particularly playable ads, using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with export to different platforms such as Unity, Iron Source, Applovin, Moloco etc.</li><li>Skilled in optimizing 3D assets for performance and efficiency without compromising visual quality.</li><li>Creative Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving and designing interactive ad experiences that engage users and meet marketing objectives.</li><li>Attention to Detail: A strong focus on quality and polish, with a portfolio that showcases engaging, error-free playable ads aligned with the game industry and delivering high-quality work within set deadlines.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong passion for gaming, particularly with regards to casual mobile games.</li><li>Takes full ownership and accountability over tasks and projects, driving them from concept to execution with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Portfolio Required: A compelling portfolio of playable ads or related interactive web content that showcases the candidate's skills, creativity, and experience.
