​We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Playable Ads Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive playable ads that captivate our audience and drive user engagement. As a Senior Developer, you will lead projects from concept to launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and innovate on new ideas to improve ad performance and user experience.

​Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Lead the design and development of high-quality, interactive playable ads and end cards that align with our marketing goals and brand identity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure playable ads are aligned with overall campaign objectives and user experience.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze, iterate and optimize ad performance based on key metrics to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative solutions for playable ad development.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all playable ads are thoroughly tested across multiple devices and platforms (Unity, Iron Source, Applovin, Moloco) for functionality, performance, and adherence to technical specifications.

Skills and Experience

• Strong Proficiency in Unity (Luna Lab) or Cocos creator : 3+ years of experience in developing interactive web content, particularly playable ads, using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with export to different platforms such as Unity, Iron Source, Applovin, Moloco etc.
• Skilled in optimizing 3D assets for performance and efficiency without compromising visual quality.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving and designing interactive ad experiences that engage users and meet marketing objectives.
• Attention to Detail: A strong focus on quality and polish, with a portfolio that showcases engaging, error-free playable ads aligned with the game industry and delivering high-quality work within set deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong passion for gaming, particularly with regards to casual mobile games.
• Takes full ownership and accountability over tasks and projects, driving them from concept to execution with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
