Must Have
- Lead and support the Installed Base Administrator team, ensuring service levels and quality standards.
- Oversee accurate creation, maintenance, and validation of Installed Base records.
- Monitor and refine automation and data quality processes, identifying and correcting issues.
- Ensure full adherence to Quality, Regulatory, and process guidelines.
- Collaborate with Business Units and cross-functional stakeholders for data alignment and accuracy.
- Deliver insights and operational updates using Power BI and related tools.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and continuous improvement.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- 0+ years of experience with Bachelor's Degree OR 4+ years with Vocational Education in Installed Base Management or Service Processes.

Lead a high‑performing team that ensures the accuracy, quality, and automation of our Installed Base data. In this role, you’ll drive operational excellence, strengthen cross‑functional alignment, and deliver insights that power smarter decisions.
Your role:
- Lead and support the Installed Base Administrator team by guiding daily operations and ensuring service levels and quality standards are consistently met. Provide clear direction, coaching, and workload prioritization to maintain smooth operational flow.
- Oversee accurate creation, maintenance, and validation of Installed Base records, including automated entries and approved product change requests. Ensure all updates follow defined governance and utilize validated data sources.
- Monitor and refine automation and data quality processes by reviewing exception reports, analyzing accuracy, and supporting field audits. Identify recurring issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure full adherence to Quality, Regulatory, and process guidelines while leading or contributing to transformation, standardization, and automation initiatives. Maintain and update operational procedures to support scalable, sustainable improvements.
- Collaborate with Business Units and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Installed Base alignment and data accuracy. Use Power BI and related tools to deliver insights, performance visibility, and clear operational updates to leadership.
You're the right fit if:
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and continuous improvement. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- 0+ years of experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR 4+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Installed Base Management, Service Processes or equivalent.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role.
