Phantom Fx is seeking a Junior Online Conformist with 1.5+ years of experience in film/video production.  Responsibilities include conforming visual effects, 2D animation, and video finishing across multiple platforms; meticulously checking timelines against offline references; performing time warps, split screens, and motion effects; collaborating with producers and other stakeholders; managing versioning, QC, and asset delivery; troubleshooting technical issues; and understanding color management and multi-pass CG & VFX compositing.  The ideal candidate will be fluent in film/video standards for all media, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively.
