Romero Games seeks a Release Manager to oversee the build release cycle for their next FPS title.  This role involves planning, scheduling, and executing releases for internal playtests and external customer releases across PC and consoles.  Responsibilities include go/no-go reviews, post-release monitoring, maintaining release schedules, processing player feedback, and managing internal playtest releases.  The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in release management, understands the software development lifecycle, and has expertise in multi-platform releases.  Strong communication skills and experience with playtesting processes are essential. This role offers a chance to lead, develop scalable processes and contribute to the success of Romero Games' development practices. The position is open to remote work or relocation to Galway, Ireland.
