Lead Publishing Producer

As a Senior HR advisor at SOEDESCO, you will be responsible for providing excellent HR support and advice to managers and employees within the organization. You will act as a reliable partner and offer expertise in the field of human resources to improve the effectiveness of our teams and promote a positive working environment. This includes advising and supporting managers and employees on HR matters, developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating recruitment activities, managing the onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role also involves conducting performance and evaluation interviews.

We leveren creatieve content over meerdere genres en platforms voor een wereldwijd publiek in fysieke en digitale formats.&#x20;Wie ben jij:Als Senior HR adviseur bij SOEDESCO ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van uitstekende HR-ondersteuning en advies aan managers en medewerkers binnen de organisatie. Je fungeert als een betrouwbare partner en biedt expertise op het gebied van personeelszaken om de effectiviteit van onze teams te verbeteren en een positieve werkomgeving te bevorderen.<ul role="list"><li>HBO werk- en denkniveau op het vakgebied Human Resource Management;</li><li>Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar aantoonbare relevante werkervaring; </li><li>Je hebt gedegen kennis van arbeidswetgeving en HR praktijken;</li><li>Je bent leergierig en bezit een creatieve en oplossingsgerichte mind set;</li><li>Je kan goed zelfstandig werken maar ook in teamverband projecten tot een succes maken;</li><li> Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie effectief te communiceren;</li><li>Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engelse taal in woorden geschrift, Spaans is een pré. </li><li>Extra pluspunt, je bent een gepassioneerde gamer.</li></ul>&#x20;Werkzaamheden:<ul role="list"><li>Adviseren en ondersteunen van managers en medewerkers op het gebied van personeelszaken, inclusief werving en selectie, prestatiebeoordelingen, arbeidsvoorwaarden, disciplinaire kwesties en conflictbeheer.</li><li>Ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-beleid, procedures en initiatieven die aansluiten bij de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie.</li><li>Coördineren van wervingsactiviteiten, inclusief het opstellen van vacatures, het screenen van sollicitanten en het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken.</li><li>Beheren van het onboarding proces voornieuwe medewerkers en zorgen voor een soepele integratie in het team.</li><li>Het voeren van functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en dit vastleggen in gespreksverslagen;</li><li> Zorgen voor naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van arbeidswetgeving en arbeidsvoorwaarden.</li></ul>&#x20;Wat wij bieden<ul role="list"> <li>Werken in een internationaal en dynamisch gaming bedrijf;</li><li>Een fijne, open en informele werksfeer in een jong en ambitieus &nbsp; &nbsp; team;</li><li>We bieden de ruimte en ondersteuning voor jouw persoonlijke &nbsp; &nbsp; ontplooiing</li><li>Wekelijkse vrijdagmiddag borrel;</li><li>Markconform salaris;</li><li>Parttime dienstverband.</li></ul><ul role="list"> </ul>Zie je jezelf als Senior HR Adviseur van SOEDESCO?
