Producing Internship

As a producer intern at SOEDESCO, you'll be supporting the producers with day-to-day activities within production to help meet deadlines on time. This role requires affinity with organizing/project management, excellent English communication, and strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills. You should be able to work under limited supervision, switch between daily tasks and long-term planning, and effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams. A solution-driven attitude and a drive to learn are essential.

Must Have

• Affinity with organising / project management
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Ability to switch between day to day firefighting and long term planning constantly
• Able to effectively communicate with multi-disciplinary team members
• Organised, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to take the initiative as the need arises
• Solution-driven attitude
• Drive to learn and experience new situations, willing to face challenges with a hands-on mentality
• Basic to advanced understanding of Google Docs and the Microsoft Office package, with emphasis on Docs / Word, Excel / Sheets, Powerpoint and Forms

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of graphic and video editing software
• Basic understanding of game production pipeline
• Basic understanding of game programming and/or game art tools and software
• Any additional verbal/written languages
• Passionate about and/or extensive, in-depth knowledge of the game and game development industry
