Job Summary
MADFINGER Games is seeking a Producer for Gray Zone Warfare, an immersive tactical FPS powered by Unreal Engine 5. The role involves overseeing and managing the game's development process, with a focus on UX, UI, and prioritizing design tasks. The Producer will act as a liaison between development and design teams, support the Design Team and Creative Director, evaluate player feedback, and ensure timely delivery of features. This on-site position in Brno, Czech Republic, requires a proactive individual dedicated to improving development efficiency and setting new industry standards.
Must Have
- Shipped at least two indie titles or one AA/AAA title on PC or console in a production role
- Produced FPS games, preferably with an emphasis on realism
- Familiarity with multiple areas of development (design, UX, UI, art, programming)
- Mastered JIRA, Confluence, and advanced Excel skills
- Involved in all major stages of development: concept, pre-production, production, and release
- Creative problem-solver with strong analytical, technical, and project-management skills
- Skilled at resolving dependencies between teams and ensuring smooth communication flow
- Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, ability to set priorities and take ownership
- Documented knowledge or experience with project-management methodologies (Agile, Lean, DevOps, etc.)
- Speak fluent English
- Eligible to work in the EU
- Live or willing to relocate to Brno

Job Description
WHAT IS YOUR MISSION?
- Overseeing and managing the development process of the game, with focus on UX, UI, and help with prioritizing design tasks and documentation requirements.
- Acting as the connection between development teams and design, sharing requests, pointing out missing information, and coordinating upcoming features that need design work.
- Support Design Team and Creative Director managing their scope, while allowing creative freedom and flexibility.
- Help critically evaluate player’s feedback and analytic data to ensure a healthy dose of community-driven development.
- Delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Overseeing the delivery of features with Feature Owners and managing versatile teams across the company with Team Leads.
- Striving to improve development efficiency, bring new ideas, pipelines, and evolve our production techniques.
YOU WILL FIT IN WITH US IF YOU:
- Have shipped at least two indie titles or one AA/AAA title on PC or console from start to finish in a production role, or have worked on multiple FPV AA/AAA PC or console titles.
- Have produced FPS games, preferably with an emphasis on realism.
- Have previously developed an Early Access game (a strong plus).
- Are familiar with multiple areas of development, including design, UX, UI, art, and programming.
- Have mastered JIRA, Confluence, and possess advanced Excel skills.
- Have been involved in all major stages of development: concept, pre-production, production, and release.
- Are a creative problem-solver with strong analytical, technical, and project-management skills.
- Are skilled at resolving dependencies between teams and ensuring smooth communication flow.
- Have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to set priorities and take ownership.
- Have documented knowledge or experience with project-management methodologies (Agile, Lean, DevOps, etc.).
- Speak fluent English - Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills in that language are a must
- You are eligible to work in the EU.
- Live or are willing to relocate to Brno. We can, of course, provide you with relocation support.
