As a Partner Director, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and deepening strategic partnerships with leading agencies and global digital consultancy firms. You will lead the strategy for agency development focused on breaking new business and uncovering new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership sales, a deep understanding of the agency ecosystem, and an existing network of valuable contacts. Responsibilities include prospecting new partners, building pipelines, articulating value propositions, maintaining relationships, providing training and enablement, working cross-functionally with internal teams, driving revenue growth, establishing KPIs, negotiating agreements, and acting as the voice of the partner.

What You’ll Do: <ul> <li>Proactively identify, prospect, and recruit new agency and digital consultancy partners that align with our strategic goals and target markets.</li> <li>Leverage your existing network and industry knowledge to rapidly build a pipeline of high-potential partnership opportunities.</li> <li>Develop and articulate compelling value propositions that resonate with agencies seeking to expand their service offerings and drive client success.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.</li> <li>Provide comprehensive training, enablement, and ongoing support to ensure partners are proficient in selling, implementing, and supporting Vimeo's platform.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop partner-specific resources, collateral, and programs.</li> <li>Drive partner revenue growth through joint sales efforts and pipeline management.</li> <li>Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner success, regularly reporting on progress and identifying areas for optimization.</li> <li>Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure adherence to program guidelines.</li> <li>Serve as the voice of the partner, gathering feedback on product, pricing, and program effectiveness to inform internal strategies.</li> </ul> Skills &amp; Knowledge You Should Possess: <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management roles, preferably within a SaaS company, focusing on agency, GSIs and digital consultancy partnerships.</li> <li>Knowledge of agency business models, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the agency and digital consultancy space.</li> <li>A well-established network of contacts within the agency and digital consultancy landscape</li> <li>Exceptional relationship-building, communication, organization, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners.</li> </ul> Base Salary Range: <ul> <li style="font-style: italic;">NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, &amp; Los Angeles:&nbsp; &nbsp; $130,000 - $178,750&nbsp;</li> <li style="font-style: italic;">All other US cities outside above metro areas:&nbsp; &nbsp; $117,000 - $160,875&nbsp;</li> </ul> This role also includes on-target commissions in addition to base salary. As a 2D Animator at Digitoonz, you will be responsible for creating high-quality character animations for International TV Series and Feature films, ensuring they meet production deadlines. You will work under the guidance of the Lead Animator or Director and the production team. Your role involves bringing characters to life with movement and emotion, utilizing a wide range of 2D animation skills. You will collaborate with fellow animators and team members to resolve technical and artistic challenges and successfully deliver projects.

<h4>Job Description</h4> At Digitoonz, a 2D Animator will be required to create high quality character animation while simultaneously meeting TV Animation production deadlines. He/she will be involved in projects related to International TV Series &amp; Feature films. <h4>List of Duties and Responsibilities</h4> He/she will be working under the direction of the Lead Animator/Director and production team. A 2D animator’s role will require him/her to: <ul> <li>Bring characters to life with motion and emotion using a broad range of 2D animation abilities</li> <li>Create high-quality 2D animations </li> <li>Work with team members to identify and solve problems, both technically and artistically</li> <li>Collaborate with other animators and team members to successfully deliver projects</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications required:</h4> <ul> <li>Good drawing skills with a sense of storytelling, staging, composition, and character acting</li> <li>Displaying strong skills in traditional animation</li> <li>Diploma or Degree in Animation (However if you have an impressive showreel or perform will in the interview and test, qualification is not a barrier)</li> <li>Ability to manage time and meet deadlines</li> <li>Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <h4>Remuneration:</h4> As per industry standards
