Sunset Studios (a subsidiary of Hudson Pacific Properties) is accepting applications for our 2024 NextGen Summer Internship Program. Sunset Studios is committed to sharing the variety of exciting career paths available in studio commercial real estate with the worlds next generation of leaders. These 6-8 week paid positions, beginning June 10, 2024, are across various departments, and differ every year depending on the company’s needs. Interns will gain valuable work experience in the Commercial Real Estate / Studio industry and exposure to our unique company culture. (In-Person!)

What You’ll Do:
- Gain valuable real-world experience by working in-person at a Sunset Studios location with a dedicated supervisor and desired department of interest.
- Attend interactive presentations from key leaders and stakeholders across the business.
- Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion along with some fun Sunset Studios swag!

- Studio Finance
- Studio Operations
- Studio Stage Management

- Sunset Gower Studios - Hollywood, CA
- Sunset Bronson Studios - Hollywood, CA
What You'll Need:
- Applicants must have recently completed (within the last 2 years) or be currently enrolled in an applicable college-level program.
- Applicants must submit a resume and cover letter. Your cover letter must clearly indicate your desired location & department(s) of interest, availability and outline how your major, prior work experience, and/or career goals apply.
Additional Information:
- The application deadline is January 31, 2024.
- Notification of Acceptance: Week of February 19, 2024.
- Salary Range: $20.00 an hour USD.
