Responsibilities The Artists will be responsible for
1. Creation of Hard surface 3D content as per technical requirements and timelines.
2. Assembly of content elements in-game engine with proper materials/textures applied.
3. Coordinate with developers and do quality testing.
4. Planning & scheduling tasks for creation of 3D content assets as part of agile sprints with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Experience of working in 3D graphics development pipelines for games/software.
1. Ability to work in Unity3D and assemble assets created in 3D content creation software.
2. Have excellent eye for detail and understanding of 3D content creation, UV unwrapping & Texturing pipelines.
A. Content creation via tools like Zbrush & Blender(preferred) / Maya.
B. Texturing via substance painter only
3. Good knowledge of art fundamentals like color theory, lighting and rendering.
4. Good knowledge of high-poly & low-poly workflows and good topology.
5. Good knowledge of UV unwrapping & Texturing techniques.
6. Good eye for detail and ability to create realistic 3D assets based on photographic references.
Good to have
1. 2D design Skills and UI/UX skills
2. Knowledge/interest in Air crafts & Aviation
3. AR/VR sim development experience
4. Agile methodology work environment experience
5. Good knowledge of unity3d based materials, shaders and lighting.
6. Organic Sculpting knowledge.
7. Knowledge about character creation.
8. Photography experience
9. Passionate and stay up to date with latest game engine technologies.
