In Inverge Studios, we are offering a 3D Artist internship position for a video game that will be published on consoles and computers. This is an on-site position in our Valencia offices. Remote applications will not be considered. It is essential to send us your portfolio. The internships are unpaid. The availability of this position is from June onwards. During the internship you will receive advice and guidance in your work, constant feedback to improve the models and textures created, and you will learn the latest modeling techniques currently used in a video game studio. You will have a position in the office as well as all the necessary hardware and software for the internships. As a 3D artist you will model, sculpt and texture stylized environment assets, including hard-surface and organic. You will work as a team to achieve the desired visual aesthetic, and play the video game regularly and continuously to identify opportunities to improve visual quality.
Must have:
- Basic knowledge and skills in modeling, UV unwrapping and texturing.
- Practical knowledge and prior experience using Blender and Substance Painter.
- Knowledge in model optimization for in-game implementation in real time.
Good to have:
- Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/5.

En Inverge Studios estamos ofertando una vacante de prácticas laborales de Artista 3D, para un videojuego que será publicado en consolas y ordenador. Se trata de un puesto presencial en nuestras oficinas de Valencia. No se tendrán en cuenta solicitudes en remoto.
Es imprescindible enviarnos el portfolio. Las prácticas no son remuneradas.
La disponibilidad de este puesto actualmente es a partir de junio.
Qué ofrecemos durante las prácticas
- Asesoramiento y guiado en el trabajo.
- Feedback constante para mejorar los modelos y texturas realizados.
- Aprenderás las últimas técnicas de modelado que se utilizan en la actualidad en un estudio de videojuegos.
- Un puesto en la oficina así como todo el hardware y software necesario para las prácticas.
Qué harás como artista 3D
- Modelar, esculpir y texturizar assets de entorno estilizados, incluyendo hard-surface y orgánico.
- Trabajar en equipo para conseguir la estética visual deseada.
- Jugar al videojuego de manera regular y contínua para identificar oportunidades de mejorar la calidad visual.
Qué requisitos necesitas
- Conocimientos básicos y habilidades de modelado, UV unwrapping y texturizado.
- Conocimiento práctico y experiencia previa usando Blender y Substance Painter.
- Conocimiento en optimización de modelos para implementar in-game en tiempo real.
- Se valorarán positivamente los conocimientos básicos en Unreal Engine 4/5.
- Paciencia y habilidad para trabajar bien a través de iteraciones y del feedback entrante.
- Personalidad, auto-motivación y apasionado por jugar y crear videojuegos.
