3D Designer - Events & Exhibitions

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer specialising in events and exhibitions to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for designing, visually stunning and immersive 3D environments for various events and conferences. This role requires a strong understanding of events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and innovative 3D designs, layouts, and renderings that effectively communicate the desired event experience.
• Create detailed booth designs, stage setups, and spatial arrangements using 3D modelling software.
• Integrate branding elements, lighting, textures, and visual effects to enhance the overall visual impact of the event design.
• Collaborate with the sales team to be able to design effectively as per the brief.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in event design and 3D visualization.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, audiovisual specialists, and marketing teams, to ensure design consistency and alignment with overall event objectives.
• Attend client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and address any client feedback or revisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in 3D design, architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in the events and conferences industry.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modelling software (such as 3d Max and Maya).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually compelling 3D designs and event environments.
• In-depth understanding of event production processes, spatial design principles, and technical aspects of 3D visualisation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and software tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to support event installations and on-site coordination.
