L.P.A Location: Jaipur Job Description: 3D Modeler Sketchup Modeler for building Exterior Elevation & Interior designs (Residential & Commercial Building, Individual Bungalow Elevation, Layout development) Job Description and skills: Create detailed and realistic 3D models of objects, environments, or architectural structures using specialized software and tools. Preparing Sketch-up models in consultation with the design heads and as per the project requirements. Creating models of buildings, landscapes, or other structures by studying drawings and other reference materials. Preparing elevation as per the project requirement. Understand the technical limitations of the target platform and adjust the model accordingly. Conduct research and gather references to ensure accuracy and authenticity in the creation of 3D models. Proficiency in using. industry-standard 3D modelling software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, or SketchUp Excellent understanding of the principles of 3D modelling, texturing, and shading and experienced in high rise and group housing projects.
